What data we process and why

The data you enter in the request form (name, email, phone, company, service of interest and message) and in the site assistant. We use it only to answer your request, prepare a proposal and, if you accept it, provide the service. The assistant runs in your browser and does not send your questions to any server.

Legal basis

Your consent when sending the form and, where applicable, the performance of the service contract. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Retention

Requests that do not lead to a contract are kept for 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and the legal tax and accounting retention periods.

Recipients

We do not share your data with third parties. The site is hosted by Hostinger (European Union). Email runs on the zeroframelabs.com domain. We use no tracking cookies or third-party analytics.

Your rights

You may access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing and request portability by writing to info@zeroframelabs.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).

Security

Encryption in transit (HTTPS), password and two-factor access to the panel where requests are stored, and regular backups.
